Your situation is unique

your coaching should be too.

Let’s find the path that best matches your needs!

Private Coaching

I’ll meet with one or both parents weekly for six weeks, using evidence-based approaches to focus on two key areas:

Strengthening parents’ emotional-regulation and self-care, and building parenting and communication skills unique to motivating someone living with SMI. You’ll learn how to build trust, preserve connection, support their autonomy, and reduce enabling patterns—without abandoning your child.

Price

$1197 for 6 weeks

Features

We’ll  for one full hour every week during your 6-week coaching package. But because there are 167 other hours in a week in which your parenting life plays out, you’re not limited to getting help just during those sessions!

Keep the momentum going in between sessions with access to me in between sessions, using email and the free Marco Polo app

You are welcome to record our sessions to review again later if you’d like. You’ll be surprised at how much we can cover and how much you’ll gain in 6-weeks of focus and practice!

Schedule a brief, consultation call to ask questions and begin the registration process.

Group Coaching

(Currently closed.)

Sometimes the most powerful part of healing is realizing you’re not alone. Group coaching will give you tools, live practice, and encouragement alongside other parents who truly get it. You’ll learn strategies, role-play real-life scenarios, and leave each session knowing exactly how to apply what you’ve learned at home.

 Online  Cohort Courses

(Re-opening late Spring 2026)

My signature programs go beyond strategies. They give you the chance to practice and apply skills with my support—so you’re not just learning, you’re living the change. Courses are designed to walk you step by step from overwhelm to clarity, while building confidence that lasts.

New programs are opening soon—make sure you’re on my email list to be the first to know.
